The short version: we collect what we need to detail your car and tell you when we're coming. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we never text you adverts.

What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name, mobile number, the address where the vehicle will be, the vehicle details you give us, your chosen day and time, any notes you add, and whether you consented to SMS messages.

Why we collect it

To arrange, confirm and carry out the detailing appointment you requested.
To contact you about that appointment — confirmations, reminders, arrival times, and changes.
To keep a record of work done on your vehicle.

SMS messages

If you tick the consent box on the booking form, we may send you text messages about your booking — confirmation, a reminder, a change of time, or a message on the day. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service, and you can book without it by calling us instead.

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.

Who we share information with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers who help us operate — for example the messaging provider that delivers our texts and the hosting provider that runs our booking system. They may only use it to provide that service to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your information — we'll do it unless we're required to keep it.

Security

Our booking form is served over an encrypted connection and the information is stored on access-controlled systems. No system is perfect, but we do not keep card details and we do not store more than we need.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
